Risk disclosure

Read this before using any exchange we list.

Last reviewed: 13 July 2026. Rules and provider status can change; re-check official sources immediately before acting.

Important risk warning

Trading crypto assets is high risk. Prices can move sharply in a very short time, and you may lose all the money you commit. The information here is general information, not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Principal risks

  • Market and liquidity risk: Sharp price movements, thin liquidity or trading suspensions may prevent you from buying, selling or exiting at the price you expect.
  • Custody and technology risk: Lost private keys, transfers to a wrong address, cyberattacks, smart-contract defects or system outages can cause irreversible loss.
  • Platform and counterparty risk: A provider may restrict withdrawals, stop operating, become insolvent or suffer a security breach. Assets held on a platform are not bank deposits and may not be covered by deposit insurance.
  • Fraud risk: Fake support accounts, phishing, impersonated apps and guaranteed-profit claims are common. Never share your password, private key or recovery phrase.
  • Legal and tax risk: Rules in Türkiye, service or asset availability, and tax treatment may change. Obtain independent advice for your circumstances.

Verify the provider's current status

Crypto-asset service providers in Türkiye fall within the SPK's regulatory and supervisory framework. The SPK's List of Active Providers is a transitional list; the SPK expressly states that appearing on it does not, by itself, mean that an organisation is authorised under the relevant legislation.

Immediately before registering or depositing funds, use the official SPK list to verify the provider's exact legal name, current operating-authorisation status, permitted services and any restrictions. Adilara's checks do not replace your own up-to-date verification.

Before you act

  • Use only products you understand and never trade with money you cannot afford to lose completely.
  • Read the platform's fees, withdrawal rules, custody model and risk disclosures.
  • Use a unique strong password and multi-factor authentication; verify the web address and app publisher.
  • Consider leverage, futures or another high-risk product only if it may lawfully be offered to you and you fully understand the risks. Adilara does not promote crypto derivatives or leveraged products in Türkiye.

Affiliate and service disclosure

Adilara is a comparison and information service. We are not a crypto-asset service provider, exchange, custodian, broker or investment adviser. We do not hold your money or crypto assets, execute your trades or collect your identity-verification documents.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you use one to register or complete an eligible activity, the relevant platform may pay us. This should not create an extra charge for you, but you should confirm all fees and terms on the platform before acting.

The fees and commission rates we receive can differ between platforms, so an economic conflict of interest exists. An affiliate payment does not buy a positive review or replace our checks on regulatory status, product eligibility and risk. Rankings, fees and rebate information reflect the information available when published and may change.

We do not guarantee that a linked platform will be safe, uninterrupted or profitable. A provider's appearance on Adilara is not SPK approval, an operating authorisation or investment advice. Check the SPK crypto-asset service-provider page for current rules and provider status.
