Türkiye Rebate Rules

Published 2026-07-14

Last updated: 13 July 2026. These rules apply to rebate information shown for Türkiye unless the relevant offer page states more specific terms.

1. What a rebate means

A rebate shown on Adilara is a trading-fee benefit offered and administered by the relevant platform under its own terms. Adilara does not open customer accounts, custody assets, calculate the final rebate in the platform's ledger or make the payment.

Depending on the offer, the displayed percentage may refer to part of a trading fee or to the shareable portion of the affiliate commission the platform pays Adilara. Do not assume, for example, that “30% rebate” automatically reduces your trading fee by 30%; the offer description and the platform's calculation method control.

2. Eligibility

Unless an offer says otherwise, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • be at least 18 and legally eligible to receive the service in Türkiye;
  • use the relevant tracked link or referral code shown on Adilara;
  • satisfy the platform's new/existing-customer, identity-verification and account-eligibility rules;
  • use an account in your own name and only for legitimate personal activity; and
  • comply with the platform's campaign, fee, user and risk terms.

Existing, corporate or sub-accounts, accounts already attributed to another referrer, and accounts taking part in another promotion may be ineligible under the platform's rules.

3. Rate and calculation

The applicable rate, period, cap, currency and any minimum are shown on the relevant platform card or offer description. The final calculation is based on net eligible fees validated by the platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, trading volume, spread, deposits or withdrawals, network fees, taxes, chargebacks, fees paid with bonuses, negative fees, P2P transactions and other promotions are excluded. Adilara does not promote rebates on crypto derivatives or leveraged products in Türkiye.

Rounding, currency conversion and reporting periods follow the platform's records. An estimate or displayed amount is not a confirmed entitlement until the platform validates it.

4. Tracking and validation

For attribution to work, the referral information must reach the platform when you register. A previously clicked affiliate link, blocked cookies, switching device or browser, abandoning the registration flow, or trying to add a referral code later can prevent tracking.

A click record alone is not proof of eligibility or payment. The platform's account and fee reports are the final source of validation. Keep your registration confirmation, referral code and relevant transaction/fee records; never send identity documents, passwords, private keys or recovery phrases to Adilara.

5. Crediting the rebate

Timing and method vary by platform and offer. A rebate may be credited to your platform account only after the platform validates eligible activity. Reporting delays, reviews, minimum thresholds or technical issues may extend the process. No fixed payment date or amount is guaranteed.

6. Exclusions, corrections and reversal

The platform may correct an amount after a refund, cancellation, chargeback, fee adjustment or reporting error. Fraud, multiple or duplicate accounts, self-referral, wash trading, market abuse, automation abuse, attempts to bypass identity or location rules, and other campaign violations may remove eligibility and lead to reversal of an amount already credited.

A platform may change or end an offer. Adilara may also stop displaying information found to be incorrect or outdated. The platform's terms determine how any entitlement confirmed before a change is handled.

7. Risk and conflict of interest

A rebate is not a reason to trade and does not offset trading losses. Do not increase trading frequency or risk to earn a larger rebate. Crypto-asset trading is high risk, and you may lose all your capital.

If you use an affiliate link, the platform may pay Adilara, and our rate can vary between platforms. Despite this economic conflict of interest, a rebate amount is not a guarantee of a platform's safety, authorisation or suitability for you.

8. Questions and disputes

First check the platform's campaign terms and your account records. If you believe the tracked link or information displayed by Adilara is wrong, email contact@adilara.com with the platform name, registration date and relevant non-sensitive evidence. The relevant platform controls the account balance and final rebate decision.
