Who operates this site

This site is operated by Adilara from Singapore. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs how we handle personal data at home, alongside the local laws of the markets we cover. For anything in this policy — including requests you would normally address to a data protection officer — write to contact@adilara.com.

No accounts, no sign-up

You can use everything on this site without telling us who you are. We run no user accounts, no newsletters and no contact forms, and we never ask for — or store — names, email addresses, phone numbers, identity documents or payment details. Any identity check (KYC) happens on the exchange you choose, under its own licence and its own privacy policy.

What we process when you browse

Like every website, our servers see your IP address and technical request data while serving a page. We use the IP only at request time: to derive the country you are visiting from (market-specific legal restrictions oblige us to route or block some destinations) and for rate limiting. We do not store your IP address.

When you open an exchange through one of our tracked links, we log the time, the link, the country code derived from your IP and your browser's user-agent string. The IP itself is never stored with the click.

We also record which pages you view on the site and which on-site features you use — for example opening our Telegram community or support link, switching the site language, or submitting a suggestion form. These browsing and interaction records are tied to the same random identifier described under Cookies; they carry no name, email or other identifying detail and are never shared with third parties. We use them only to understand which content and which acquisition channels are working.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of first-party cookies. Two are functional: one remembers your language choice on markets that offer more than one language, and one remembers that you dismissed the market-suggestion banner. One or two more are for attribution: a random visitor identifier kept for up to 90 days and a companion that lasts only until you close your browser. The attribution cookies hold a random identifier only — no name, no contact details, nothing that identifies you — and are never shared with third parties; they simply let us tell which platform you arrived from, so we can account for our own promotion. All the cookies above are first-party; there are no third-party cookies at all — no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking.

Bot protection on the vote forms

The market and exchange vote forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser signals to tell humans from bots under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. A vote itself stores only the market or exchange voted for, a coarse country code and a timestamp — nothing that identifies you.

Affiliate attribution

If you register at an exchange through one of our links, the exchange attributes the referral to us and periodically reports commission data back to us. Those reports contain pseudonymous referral identifiers and aggregate figures; they do not contain your name or contact details, and we cannot identify you from them.

Telegram

Joining a market channel is optional and happens on Telegram, under Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. If you interact with our bot or channels there, we process your public Telegram identifier to operate the community.

Where your data is processed

The little we process runs on the infrastructure of our service providers — site hosting, the database and Cloudflare's bot protection — whose servers may be located outside your country. We choose providers that commit to contractual data-protection safeguards, and what they hold for us stays as minimal as this policy describes.

How long we keep data

Click and vote records are kept for as long as they are needed to reconcile commissions with exchanges and to evidence compliance with each market's rules — and either way they contain nothing that identifies you. The functional and attribution cookies live only in your browser — the attribution identifier for up to 90 days, the rest until you clear them — and you can delete them at any time. Browsing and interaction records — the pages you viewed and the features you used — are kept for at most 180 days, after which they are deleted automatically.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live (for example Singapore's PDPA — the law of the place this site is operated from — or KVKK in Türkiye), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we store almost nothing that can identify you, there is usually nothing to look up — but if you have any question or request, write to contact@adilara.com and we will help. You can also complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) or to your local data-protection authority.

Language

This policy is published in English, Spanish, Turkish and Arabic so you can read it comfortably; if the versions ever differ, the English version prevails.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
